Doğru Nefesle İki Kat Fayda
Spor yaparken akciğerin tüm loblarına oksijen ulaştırmak için doğru nefes tekniğini kullanmalıyız.
Yaşamak için yapmamız gereken en önemli eylem nefes alıp vermektir. Farkında olmadan yaptığımız bu eylem, aslında yaşamımızın en büyük kanıtıdır. İşte bu en önemli hayati fonksiyonu spor yaparken de farkına vararak kullanmamız, bize ummadığınız pek çok avantajı bir arada sunar. Çünkü spor sırasında vücudumuz normalden çok daha fazla oksijene ihtiyaç duyar. Kaslarımız ihtiyaç duyulan enerjiyi üretebilmesi için yeterli miktarda oksijeni, nefes alarak vücudumuza sokmamız gerekir. Nefesimizin miktarı yapılan sporun tipine ve şiddetine göre değişebilir. Miktar ne olursa olsun, spor yaparken akciğerin tüm loblarına oksijen ulaştırmak için doğru nefes tekniğini kullanmalıyız.
